**Fixed a crash that prevented the packaged desktop app from starting.**

### Fixed

* Desktop app no longer crashes on launch due to a missing dependency.

This release fixes a startup crash in the packaged desktop app. A required dependency (`css-tree`) wasn't being bundled, causing the main process to crash before the app could open.

If you were unable to launch Tempo after installing a recent build, updating to this version should resolve the issue.
